Magic Elemental’s of the Mana Storm

The Mana Storm is a mysterious place that appeared when magic returned to the world. This mass of arcane energy has created an anomaly that is still mostly unknown. All who have entered it have never returned. The space opens up to a new plane of existence much like the Ethereal plane. This is where all those who have disappeared are kept. They are slowly drained of magic and when their natural lifespans run out their physical forms are transformed into beings of pure magic and sent back out into the world to bring new creatures.
